While Gideon was a primary teacher in District of Dowa, in Malawi Africa, he started to realize his desire to help his fellow people. The school's name was Nambamba, it was there that he saw many youth who were not continuing their secondary education. They could not afford the tuition or fees. A year later his church sent him to preach the good news of Jesus Christ in the secondary schools around in the Dowa District. It was there that he was asking the youth about the problems they were facing. Due to the poverty of many of the student's parents, they could not afford their children's tuition. Students would then drop out of school from lack of funds and some parents would encourage their children to engage in early marriages. This common practice only further increases the poverty of the country.
Gideon's own painful childhood experience has lead him in his desire to start this ministry. As a child he lost a parent when he was in form 1 school. Due to the struggle in his own youth, he desired to help promote youth and other struggling men and women.
For these reasons that Gideon started this ministry after his graduation from African Bible College in 2016. He is passionate about helping all who are struggling.
